Super thankful when Meng Lee from Life View Photo approached me to do Makeup for a shoot that had 2 Caucasian models. Super thankful because I actually had the thoughts to hire model from modelling agency to make contents and now I actually get paid to do it!

Started with Senia. A model from Russia. She is beautiful, cute and real. Love this lady and thankful for her permission to take her before after and also to take the process of the makeup.
Shifted the tripod a few times and didn’t like the process video overall thus not posting the whole process but might share some snippets still considering.
Here is the product list used for Senia:
Skin Prep:
Mamonde Rose Toner to clean her face and prep her skin for Makeup.
Elizabeth Arden 8hours cream to moisturize her face and neck
Cezanne Tone up cream in Pink
Makeup Forever Shine Control Primer
The Saem Color Corrector in Pink + Concealer in 1.5
Cle De Peau Radiant Fluid Foundation Matte 010
Givenchy Prism Libre Loose Powder in Mouselline Pastel
Benefit Hoola Bronzer
Hour Glass Blusher in Luminous Flush
Dior Beauty Glow Maximizer Palette in 001 Universal Glow for Eyeshadow, Blusher and Highlight
Charlotte Tilbury The Super Nudes Easy Eyeshadow Palette
Heroine Pen Eyeliner in Tea brown
For lips she already had a nice lipstick color using her own lipstick from Russia and I topped it up with Charlotte Tilbury’s Pillow Talk.
Senia already had very nice eyebrows so I only filled it in a little with a dark brown eyebrow pencil and blended it out.
Followed by Kieran! A chill guy from Australia!

Thankful for his permission to take his before and after to post too!
For Kieran he already has very nice feathers so just mattifying, shaping the brows very naturally and just neatening his hair with palema’s hair clay and wax + osis+ dust it powder. I think I didn’t do a very good job for Kieran but thankfully he is a chill guy and was happy with it yay!
Meng Lee really liked the Makeup I did for Senia. And it was definitely also thanks to Senia for pointing out some things for me to fix here and there to perfect the look.
You would think a professional should know better right? But to me, after being a professional myself, I realized that, even as professionals, we are all still humans who may make errors now and then here and there as we are not robots + there is a lot of different situations and features, it isnt possible to be perfect all times. So I’m always happy and welcome clients or models telling me to adjust on the places I miss out or could had done better or how to do it more to their liking because hey they need to like it enough themselves to be able to feel confident and good wearing the Makeup and if they are happy, I am happy too!
Went to do nails 3 days ago and I was like a fussy customer because when I put a gingerbread man sticker on my last finger, it looks too fat and looks like a pile of shit so I requested to change. As it is gelish nails so it is not as straightforward as just removing and replacing a sticker but I had to ask the manicurist to do it if not I will keep thinking about it. And I told the manicurist sorry I know I can be a difficult customer. But I’m also thankful I am, because whenever I personally meet difficult customers or customers who knows what they want, I’m like I totally understand no worries. We just want things to look and feel right to us. And through these clients, I also get to learn new things. I love feedbacks than to let me just pass. But to people who are more chincai (anything goes) they might feel frustrated.

Thank you Meng Lee for having me!

I also really want to thank them for this pizza I’m still thinking of till today that I just ordered a pizza from Pizza now yesterday and finished it all by myself to satisfy my craving but I definitely need to go back for this pizza again. It looks so simple but the cheese and the overall taste is making me want to eat it again!

At the 2nd location. This shoot is for 2026’s Valentine’s day marketing compaign for Grand Copthorn Waterfront Hotel.
Thankful for the job and opportunity and for the fun for this shoot and definitely thankful to meet all the nice peeps here!
